Definitions

Affiliate
An individual approved and registered to promote Edu-Build Institute WC, EC and NW programmes using an official system-generated affiliate tracking link.

Qualified Registration
A new student who completes an application and makes qualifying payments through the official Edu-Build application system using the affiliate’s unique referral URL.

Commission
A total commission of R750 per Qualified Registration, paid in two instalments of R375.

Affiliate Portal
The official online dashboard where affiliates access their unique referral URL, marketing materials, and real-time tracking of clicks, applications, and commission status.

Valid Campaign Period
The January 2026 intake period. Affiliates must register specifically for this intake to qualify.

Eligibility

Affiliates must register separately for the January 2026 intake campaign.

Registration for previous intakes does not carry over.

Affiliates may be based in South Africa or internationally.

International affiliates will be paid via PayPal only.

Edu-Build staff members, campus managers, coordinators, and contractors are not permitted to participate in the affiliate programme.

Commission Structure

The total commission per Qualified Registration is R750.

R375 is payable after the student pays their first monthly instalment through the system.

R375 is payable after the student pays their second monthly instalment through the system.

Commission is payable only if:

The student applies and pays through the official Edu-Build application system

The registration is correctly tracked via the affiliate’s unique referral URL

Payment and Tracking Rules

All applications and payments must be completed through the official Edu-Build system using the affiliate referral link.

Applications, EFTs, cash payments, or registrations completed outside the system or without the referral link do not qualify for commission.

No manual reconciliations, overrides, or backdated claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

No staff member, campus representative, or manager has authority to override this rule.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring students use the correct referral link from start to finish.

Commission Payment Schedule

Commissions are processed by the 5th business day of each month for qualifying activity from the previous month.

If the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.

Month 1 commission remains payable even if Month 2 is not completed.

Month 2 commission is payable only once the second instalment reflects as paid in the system.

Affiliates must rely on the affiliate portal as the single source of truth.

Commission Validity Window

Qualified Registrations remain valid even if student payments occur after the official intake closing date, provided:

The original application was submitted via the affiliate link

Tracking remains intact within the system

Delayed student payments do not invalidate commission eligibility.

Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Non-Compliance

Affiliates may not:

Create fake or duplicate registrations

Use false, reused, or non-existent ID numbers

Register students without their knowledge or consent

Impersonate Edu-Build staff or representatives

Make guarantees about acceptance, pricing, timelines, or outcomes

Affiliates act independently and have no authority to bind Edu-Build Institute WC, EC and NW legally or financially.

Violations may result in:

Immediate termination from the programme

Forfeiture of unpaid commissions

Legal action where applicable

Marketing and Promotion Rules

Affiliates may use only approved marketing content provided through the affiliate portal.

Any custom content must receive written approval before use.

Offline promotions, workshops, information sessions, or webinars require prior written approval.

Affiliates must always present themselves as independent promoters, not staff.

Data Privacy and POPIA Compliance

Affiliates must comply fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Student data may only be collected and processed through official Edu-Build systems.

Affiliates may not store, export, sell, or share student information.

Any data breach or suspected breach must be reported within 24 hours to [email protected].
