1. DEFINITIONS

Affiliate: A person who signs up to promote Edu-Build programs through an approved campaign.Qualified Registration: A new student who registers and pays via the official application system, using the affiliate's unique tracking link.Commission: R750 per Qualified Registration, split into two R375 payments (Month 1 and Month 2).Affiliate Portal: The online dashboard where the affiliate can monitor their link clicks, sign-ups, and commissions in real-time.Valid Campaign Period: A defined intake period (e.g., July/August 2025), during which affiliates must register separately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Affiliates must sign up for each intake campaign to be eligible for commissions.Existing or previous affiliates are not automatically enrolled and must register for each intake.Affiliates may reside in South Africa or abroad. International affiliates must use PayPal for payouts.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

The total commission per Qualified Registration is R750, paid in two tranches:R375 after the student pays their first monthly instalment. R375 after the student pays their second monthly instalment.Commission is only payable if:The student registers and pays via the official Edu-Build application form. The payment is linked to the affiliate via the system-generated unique affiliate link.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made through the Edu-Build application system. Bank deposits, EFTs, cash payments, or manual registrations not processed via the affiliate’s link will not qualify for commission. No manual reconciliations will be done under any circumstances.Affiliates must ensure students complete their payments using the provided link. No staff member, campus coordinator, or management official has the authority to override this rule. No staff are allowed to are allowed to participate in the affiliate programme.

5. COMMISSION PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Commissions will be paid by the 5th of each month for qualifying registrations from the previous month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day. Affiliates can check their portal daily for updates on Month 1 and Month 2 earnings. Commission from Month 1 remains payable even if Month 2 is not fulfilled. Month 2 commission will only be paid after the student has completed the second instalment via the system.

6. COMMISSION VALIDITY WINDOW

A Qualified Registration can be counted even after intake closing, as long as the application and payments are processed via the system using the affiliate link. Delayed payments will not invalidate commission eligibility as long as tracking is in place.

7. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & NON-COMPLIANCE

Affiliates may not create fake sign-ups, use duplicate or non-existent ID numbers, or submit registrations without actual students. Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading advertising, impersonating Edu-Build staff, or misrepresenting the nature of the program. The actions of affiliates cannot legally bind Edu-Build Institute WC, EC & NW, its management, business partners, or directors. Violation of these terms may result in: Termination from the affiliate program. Forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Possible legal action.

8. MARKETING GUIDELINES

Affiliates may use only approved promotional content (templates, messages, and visuals) provided by Edu-Build.Any new materials must be pre-approved in writing.Promotional events, workshops, or webinars must be formally requested and approved in advance.

9. DATA PRIVACY & POPIA

Affiliates must comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Student data must only be collected and processed through the Edu-Build system. Affiliates must not store, share, or export student data beyond the system. Breaches must be reported within 24 hours to [email protected].
