Welcome to Edu-Build Institute Wc, EC & NW "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Edu-Build Institute Wc, EC & NW; governing your access to and use of our website, located at www.affiliate.edubuildwc.c.za, including all content, services, and functionality offered through the platform ("Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

Important Notice: References to "lifetime access" throughout these Terms mean access for the duration of Edu-Build Institute Wc, EC & NW's existence as an operational company. Access to content cannot be guaranteed beyond the lifespan of the company.

1.           ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

·     Affiliates must be permanently residing in the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, or North West Province of South Africa ·     Proof of residence will be required during application ·     Individual persons or registered businesses may apply ·     Edu-Build Institute reserves the right to approve or reject any application  

2.           COMMISSION STRUCTURE

·     R750 commission per successful new student enrolment ·     Commission applies only to new student registrations ·     A "new student" is defined as an individual who has never previously enrolled in any Edu-Build Institute program ·     Commission is payable upon receipt of student's full registration fee (R2500) ·     No commission is payable for current or returning students ·     There is no limit to the number of students an affiliate can refer ·     No minimum payout threshold applies  

3.           PROGRAM OFFERINGS

The affiliate program applies to the following qualifications: ·     Occupational Certificate: Early Childhood Development Practitioner (NQF Level 4) ·     National Diploma in Early Childhood Development (NQF Level 5) ·     National Certificate: Inclusive Education (NQF Level 5)  

4.           REGISTRATION PROCESS

·     All student registrations must be completed through the official online registration portal at www.edubuildwc.co.za ·     Affiliates must ensure prospective students use their unique referral (affiliate) link or code during the registration process ·     Incomplete registrations will not qualify for commission ·     Affiliates should not complete registrations on behalf of students ·     Affiliates must not collect or handle registration fees from students  

5.           ENHANCED MARKETING GUIDELINES

·     All marketing materials must clearly state the specific qualification level and NQF status of courses ·     Affiliates must not modify course descriptions or qualification details ·     Marketing communications must include: o  Clear indication that registration is only valid through www.edubuildwc.co.za o  Accurate representation of course duration and requirements o  Clear statement of registration fees ·     Prohibited marketing practices include: o  Door-to-door solicitation o  Telemarketing without prior consent o  Making comparisons with other educational institutions o  Using Edu-Build Institute's logo without written permission o  Creating websites that could be confused with official Edu-Build Institute sites o  Making claims about job placement or salary expectations  

6.           REPORTING AND MONITORING

·     Affiliates should maintain records of their marketing activities ·     Monthly activity reports must be submitted by the 25th of each month, including: o  Marketing channels used o  Number of prospective student inquiries o  Conversion rates ·     Edu-Build Institute reserves the right to audit affiliate marketing activities ·     Affiliates must provide samples of marketing materials upon request  

7.           DISPUTE RESOLUTION

·     All disputes will first be addressed through direct communication between the affiliate and Edu-Build Institute ·     Unresolved disputes will be referred to mediation in the province where the affiliate is based ·     Mediation costs will be shared equally between parties ·     If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through the appropriate South African courts ·     The governing law will be the law of South Africa ·     Notice of any dispute must be given in writing within 30 days of the incident  

8.           PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND PROCESSING

·     Commission payments will be processed on the 5th day of each month ·     If the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day ·     Payment will cover all qualifying commissions from the previous month ·     Commission statements will be provided with each payment ·     Payments will only be made to verified South African bank accounts ·     Affiliates must notify Edu-Build Institute of any banking detail changes at least 10 business days before payment date  

9.           AFFILIATE IDENTIFICATION AND MARKETING MATERIALS

·     Affiliates must use their assigned unique identifier (link or code) in all marketing materials ·     Marketing materials must clearly state: "Independent Affiliate of Edu-Build Institute WC EC NW" ·     Unique affiliate codes must be displayed prominently on all marketing materials ·     Affiliates may not present themselves as employees or official representatives of Edu-Build Institute ·     All affiliate status claims must be accompanied by the unique affiliate identifier  

10.       RECORD-KEEPING REQUIREMENTS

·     Affiliates must maintain accurate records for a minimum of 3 years including: o  All marketing activities and associated costs o  Student referral details with dates and unique codes used o  Copies of all marketing materials and communications o  Commission payment records and statements o  All correspondence with Edu-Build Institute ·     Records must be available for audit upon request with 48 hours notice ·     Digital records must be backed up securely ·     Monthly summaries must be maintained in a standardized format (template to be provided)  

11.       COMMISSION CALCULATION EXAMPLES

Commission Structure: One-time payment of R750 per successful new student registration   Example 1: ·     New student registers using affiliate's unique code ·     Student pays full registration fee of R2500 ·     Affiliate earns: R750 (one-time commission)   Example 2: ·     Affiliate refers 5 new students in one month ·     All 5 students complete registration and pay R2500 each ·     Total commission earned: R3750 (5 × R750)   Example 3: ·     Student registers but cancels within refund period ·     No commission is paid or commission will be reversed if already paid  

12.       STUDENT DATA PROTECTION

·     Affiliates must comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) ·     Student information must be: o  Used solely for registration purposes o  Never shared with third parties o  Stored securely if any records are kept o  Deleted once registration is completed ·     Affiliates must sign a separate confidentiality agreement regarding student data ·     Any data breach must be reported to Edu-Build Institute within 24 hours ·     Violations will result in immediate termination and possible legal action  

13.       PROMOTIONAL EVENTS GUIDELINES

·     All promotional events must be pre-approved by Edu-Build Institute ·     Submit event proposals 14 days in advance including: o  Event type and location o  Expected number of attendees o  Marketing materials to be used o  Cost structure (if any) ·     Post-event reports required within 48 hours including: o  Attendance numbers o  Inquiries received o  Photos (with appropriate consent) o  Feedback received ·     No fee may be charged to attend promotional events ·     Venues must be professional and appropriate  

14.       TERMINATION PROCEDURES

Voluntary Termination: ·     Provide 30 days written notice ·     Submit final activity report ·     Return any physical marketing materials ·     Remove all Edu-Build Institute branding from digital platforms ·     Complete any pending student registrations   Involuntary Termination: ·     Immediate effect for serious violations ·     Written notice stating reasons ·     Appeal process available within 7 days ·     Final commission payment review ·     Immediate cessation of all marketing activities   Post-Termination: ·     Complete handover of student inquiries in progress ·     Final commission payments processed on next payment date ·     Return of all confidential information ·     Signed confirmation of deletion of student data ·     12-month non-compete clause remains in effect  

15.       REPORTING VIOLATIONS

·     Suspected violations must be reported within 24 hours including: o  Detailed description of the violation o  Supporting evidence (screenshots, communications, etc.) o  Date and time of occurrence o  Parties involved ·     Anonymous reporting channel available at [secure email address] ·     Protection against retaliation for good-faith reporting ·     Investigation procedures: o  Initial review within 48 hours o  Written acknowledgment of report o  Investigation timeline provided o  Outcome notification to relevant parties  

16.       STUDENT INQUIRY HANDLING

·     All inquiries must be responded to within 24 hours ·     Standard response templates must be used (provided upon signup) ·     Maintain inquiry log including: o  Date and time of inquiry o  Nature of inquiry o  Response provided o  Follow-up actions ·     Escalation procedures for complex inquiries ·     Weekly summary of inquiry status required ·     Transfer protocol for inquiries during affiliate absence  

17.       COMMISSION DISPUTE RESOLUTION

·     Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of payment ·     Required documentation: o  Student registration details o  Proof of referral (screenshots, emails) o  Commission calculation details o  Payment records ·     Resolution timeline: o  Acknowledgment within 24 hours o  Initial review within 3 business days o  Decision within 7 business days o  Appeal window of 5 business days

20.       GLOSSARY OF TERMS

·     Affiliate : An approved individual or business promoting Edu-Build Institute's courses ·     Commission : One-time payment of R750 per successful new student registration ·     New Student : An individual who has never previously enrolled in any Edu-Build Institute program ·     Registration Fee : R2500 full payment required from students ·     Unique Identifier : Personal referral link or code assigned to each affiliate ·     Conversion Rate : Percentage of referrals that result in successful registrations ·     NQF : National Qualifications Framework (South African qualification levels) ·     POPIA : Protection of Personal Information Act ·     EFT : Electronic Funds Transfer

23.       REGISTRATION VERIFICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Initial Registration ·     Student completes online form at affiliate link. ·     Affiliate code must be entered in designated field. ·     System generates application number. ·     Application will reflect on Affiliate Portal   Step 2: Document Verification ·     Students upload required documents ·     Registration team verifies documents within 48 hours ·     Student notified of verification status   Step 3: Payment Confirmation ·     Student receives payment instructions ·     R2500 registration fee must be paid in full ·     Payment reference must include student reference number ·     Payment confirmation sent to student   Step 4: Commission Processing ·     System automatically flags completed registration ·     Affiliate commission logged for next payment run ·     Confirmation sent to affiliate's registered email

Commission-Related: Q: When will I receive my commission? A: Commissions are paid on the 5th of each month for all successful registrations from the previous month. Q: What happens if a student cancels? A: Commission will not be paid or will be reversed if already paid. Q: Is there a limit to how many students I can refer? A: No, there is no limit to the number of referrals.   Registration-Related: Q: Can I register on behalf of a student? A: No, students must complete their own registration for security and compliance reasons. Q: What happens if a student forgets to use my affiliate code? A: Registration must include affiliate code at time of submission. Retroactive code applications are not accepted. Q: How long does registration verification take? A: Document verification is completed within 48 hours of submission.   Program-Related: Q: Can students register outside of intake periods? A: No, registrations are only accepted during specified intake periods.   Q: Which qualifications are available?
